Skin Care for Men

The skin is the body structure that is more exposed and therefore suffer multiple and severe changes over time.

In the dermis, or deepest layer of skin, are the sweat and sebaceous glands responsible, among other things to maintain the hydration of the skin, the dermis also produces collagen, elastin and all necessary materials for Skin elasticity.

The skin changes can be summarized as: progressive thinning of the dermis, loss of elasticity, loss of moisture, loss of hair follicles and thinning of the fat cushion of support.

At first glance this is seen as a very thin skin, sometimes almost transparent, with flaccidity important, dry or difficult hydration, sometimes with the appearance of new moles and wrinkles with greater or lesser depth.

The superficial portion of the skin or epidermis, is not immune to changes due to time, changes in pigmentation, the appearance of clear or dark spots, freckles, moles in the form of spiders, even the appearance of lesions that can become malignant, are some of the changes brought about mainly by prolonged exposure to sunlight.

The male skin
The skin of the male is 25 percent thicker than that of women, has more collagen and fat and is more protected for a while, so different ages and wrinkles typically appear in depth to 45 or 50 years.
The continuous assaults of daily shaving and the use of soap to wash his face accelerate dehydration of the skin in humans, to leave it exposed and unprotected.
To prevent and treat wrinkles are advised to use facial hygiene products that have dual function: to moisturize the skin and control sebum production.

Anti-Aging Skin Care of  Men
There are many products developed for male Anti-Aging Skin Care, major cosmetics houses perform specific research in this area and even offer multimedia guides for each of us to try to make a diagnosis of our skin and try to implement the care they require.

Alternatives include biological padded based retinol, pure vitamin C, antioxidants based on plant extracts, anti-UVA protectors, and a wide variety of other principles presented as creams, gels, sprays etc.

Two good choices available to go into the details of the houses offered Vichy and L'Oreal, in both find an online diagnostic system to determine what treatment to follow to prevent or slow the progress of skin aging.

Anti homemade alternatives
Of course homemade solutions work and are also cheaper when put into practice to combat wrinkles, here I left a couple of tips from the trunk of grandparents.

Grind a boiled potato, leave to cool and mix with a tablespoon of glycerin and a few drops of lemon juice. This mixture should be applied to the skin of the face once a week, leaving acting for 20 minutes and after clarifying with fresh water. In theory serves to hydrate and at the same time deeply cleanse the skin.

Another option for dry skin and wrinkles is a preparation that takes a spoonful of sugar, another of olive oil and a pinch of cinnamon powder. The mixture is applied evenly over the face massage in the form of rotation for 3 minutes, then stops acting 7 minutes at rest and flushed with water.
