How to fight bad breath (halithose)?

First steps have proper dental hygiene. Brushing teeth at least 2 times a day morning and evening for at least 3 minutes. Use dental floss 1 per day and all day. Use a scraper language every day to remove plaque that accumulates on the back wall (a scraper is more effective than brushing of the tongue with a toothbrush). See his dentist at least 2 times a year to have a complete dental cleaning by the dental hygienist and a dental examination by a dentist to make sure no disease or gum disease. Then use daily Oxyfresh mouthwash and rinse for a minute. Use Oxyfresh toothpaste for brushing teeth.
