Care for dry skin
Some people have dry skin during the winter, particularly if they live in dry climates, but others suffer from dry skin throughout the year. Dry skin is characterized by having a very smooth texture with very small pores and can be beautiful when you are young, but if you care to measure it over the years can take you to have premature wrinkles, deep lines of expression and irritated skin.
Either way, the worry about dry skin need not be a problem. Here are some tips or advice for dry skin care.
Basic care should include washing the face twice a day. Once in the morning and another before bed. Evita soap because it can dry out your skin even more. Use a mild cleanser that is specific for dry skin. Also avoid using very hot water, either to shower or wash your face, because the very hot water also dries the skin.
If you use an astringent tonic, make sure that does not contain alcohol, because it dries and irritates the skin. Hydration is also an important part of your routine skin care. You need a good moisturizer to keep your skin healthy.
Exfoliate also helps promote cell regeneration by removing dead cells, which helps the skin healthy to breathe better, although people with dry skin should do so only once a week to avoid irritating the skin. Use a gentle exfoliating and moisturizing cream always pursued a course of doing so.
You can also keep your skin healthy drinking enough water to keep your body hydrated and having a healthy diet or a healthy diet with fresh foods to get enough nutrients and vitamins. Foods rich in Omega-3 as salmon can help improve your skin.
